Technical Support via the web: Join On-Line Support Session

This option provides an environment for conducting real-time customer support sessions over the Web. A Tax Dimensions support representative can view, remotely control, and annotate the Tax Dimensions applications to analyze and solve problems, thereby allowing you to enhance the effectiveness of traditional telephone-based customer support. For example, we can show you how to use a Tax Dimensions application, or troubleshoot it directly on your computer.

For security, a customer must provide permission to the support representative before they can view\control applications or transfer files.
